Our Club Our People is a basic online tool that clubs can share to find out more about the people who make up their club community.
The voluntary survey asks questions on heritage, culture, religion and background so clubs can celebrate significant dates and events with their community members.
Promoting diversity has been shown to prevent discrimination and set’s the club’s culture as inclusive for everyone.
